General Insurance Agency is pleased to notify you of the following training seminars available to all members from any emergency service
organization.
* Some classes may have a cost associated with them. When possible, the cost is provided.
** Unless otherwise indicated, a minimum of 20 people are needed
to start the class.

| Understanding Your Liability - Emergency Services | 2 - 2 1/2 Hours |
| This seminar discusses the potential for
liability against the organization and its officers, focusing on the following Key Areas: Emergency Response, Emergency Operations, Sovereign/Governmental Immunity, Negligent Entrustment, Proper Insurance Coverage, Reducing/Preventing Your Risk. * Minimum 20 people needed |

| Preventing Theft in Your Organization | 2 - 2 1/2 Hours |
| This seminar focuses on the prevention of theft
or embezzlement within the organization by identifying why thefts are occurring, how to spot potential problems and providing generally accepted accounting procedures to improve your record- keeping system. * Minimum 20 people needed. |

| Training for Intervention ProcedureS (TIPS) | 4 Hours |
| TIPS is a dynamic, skills-based training program
designed to prevent intoxication, drunk driving and underage drinking by enhancing the fundamental "people skills" of servers, sellers and consumers of alcohol. TIPS gives individuals the knowledge and confidence they need to recognize potential alcohol-related problems and intervene to prevent alcohol-related tragedies. * There is a fee associated with this seminar. Minimum of 10 people needed. |
